 Spreading of sand on parking lots, driveways and walks.
  • Ice Melting
 Spreading of potassium chloride or calcium chloride on walks to prevent ice buildup and slippery conditions.
  • Call Backs
 To remove snow that has drifted onto parking lots, driveways and walks.
  • Roof Raking
 Snow removal approximately six to eight feet from the fascia up the roof line.  This will help reduce ice buildup around gutters and ease problems of ice dams that can cause shingle and water damage.
